My new favorite hair products

I’ve been getting split ends in my hair during this winter season…

My hair looked really dry and lifeless, so I decided to buy some new hair products to restore moisture, shine and overall healthy looking hair.

I’m so glad that I have found my new favorite hair products:

  1. It’s a 10 miracle hair mask $25.99 (plus tax) @
  2. One N Only Argan Oil $9.49 (plus tax) @sally beauty

I purchased them a couple of months ago and I’ve been using them everyday since then. They work great on my permed fine hair and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

It’s a 10 miracle mask (4 stars out of 5) for $25.99 (plus tax + shipping)

This product has a good amount: 8 fl oz. And the package is sturdy. Made in USA.

It claims to do 10 things to your hair:

Except that:
  • It doesn’t detangle my hair all the way… I still get some hairs tangled at the tips.
  • I don’t feel like my hair restored more elasticity
  • I don’t see improvement in the color vibrancy (maybe because my hair is naturally black…)

But I do agree with all the rest.

Just a little goes a long way. The texture is v e r y creamy… It’s thicker than a whipped texture.

As you can see it does not drip at all… which means you will get the most out of it using just a little amount.

And it smells good! At first I bought this product to use on my hair once a week as a hair mask, but I was really lazy to do “at home hair treatments”. So I decided to use it everyday as a hair conditioner and it worked great for me.

How I apply It’s a 10 Miracle Hair Mask:
I apply about a quarter size amount on my hair (only at the ends, avoiding the scalp area) right after shampooing. I leave it on while washing the rest of my body (5-7 minutes). And at the end I rinse my hair with cold water. As long as I don’t apply this product on my scalp, it will not weight my hair down.

One N Only Argan Oil (5 stars out of 5)!!!!

I bought it at a local Sally Beauty Supplies store for $9.49 (plus tax). Made in USA.

Product size: 3.4 fl oz.

Product description: One of the world’s rarest oils, argan oil is derived from the Moroccan Argan Tree. Rich in essential fatty acids, Omega 6 and Vitamin E, it is valued for its ability to regenerate and nourish dry and damaged hair.

I can’t really describe the smell but it has a light coconut scent (well, kinda)…but anyways, it’s good! I really like this product. I’ve tried Chi, Biosilk, Garnier Fructis, and many other hair serums, oil, gloss and anti-frizz products, but so far this one is the best!

Please note: the One N Only Argan Oil was made out of the Moroccan Argan tree oil, but it doesn’t contain 100% argan oil. But it’s alcohol-free! And I still LOVE IT!

Also, it doesn’t leave my hair oily or greasy at all and it works great for all hair types! I use on my hair to give that little extra shine, conditioning and to stop frizzing! And it gets the job done every time… It also detangles my hair and gives a beautiful body to my permed hair. If your hair is damaged from using hot tools, the sun, or it’s chemically treated, etc… this product will work great on your hair~

How I apply One N Only Argan Oil:
After showering I towel dry my hair and I apply a few drops (about a quarter size amount) on my hands and I evenly apply it on my damp hair concentrating at the ends (not so much on my scalp).
Then I blow dry my hair. If I feel like I need a little more shine after it’s dry, I apply some more argan oil on my hair (only at the tips). And that’s it! It completely absorbs into my hair. My hair does feel stronger than before and I do see less breakage.

You can read more reviews about it on folica and Sally Beauty. There are other brands for Argan Oil products, so feel free to choose. I just chose this product in particular because I wanted to try it and was cheap compared to other brands. But anyway, I will def buy this product again and again or until I find something better!

Summary: I love love love these two products and I def recommend them! I’ve been using both products daily on my hair and as you can see there’s still a lot left. The price is totally worth it. Using both of these products really brought the best of my hair! ❤

Tinna also recommends Argan Oil. Check out her post about the Josie Maran Organic Argan Oil.

Have a great hair day!

  1. I’m going to check both of these out. I have a bad problem with split ends because my hair is so fine and I use my flat iron on a regular basis.

    • Yea, I feel ya…
After using both products on my hair I noticed that the split ends situation has really improved (at least 30%).
And I also trimmed the ends a little too! ^^

  2. Another product worth considering..I use Ojon’s Restorative Hair Treatment..It makes my digi-permed hair soft and my ends less dry! 🙂
